Booking Details: 25% is payable upon booking (or 100% if within 6 weeks of start of holiday). Balance is due 6 weeks prior to holiday date. £100 security deposit will be added to final balance to cover costs of any breakage or excessive cleaning etc. Initial deposit is not refundable if the holiday is cancelled and we are unable to find an alternative booking. Changeover day is Saturday. Clients are asked to leave the house by 10am and not to arrive before 4pm. The security deposit is refundable within a week of departure from house. Bed linen is provided but clients are asked to bring their own towels. Mid-week visits take place to service pool and water plants. During fortnightly stays clean linen is provided on the Sat. We are sorry but we have a no smoking and no pets’ policy.
